Effect of internet/ reality alienation on depression in medical college students: mediating effect of irrational beliefs / 中华行为医学与脑科学杂志

Objective:To explore the relationship among internet / reality alienation, irrational beliefs and depression in medical college students.Methods:In October 2021, a total of 501 students from five medical colleges in Shandong were selected by the convenient sampling method.All the participants were assessed by the internet alienation scale, general alienation scale, irrational beliefs scale and self rating depression scale.SPSS 24.0 software was used for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and AMOS 21.0 software was used to conduct structural equation modeling and Bootstrap mediated effect test.Results:The scores of internet/reality alienation, irrational beliefs and depression were 3.12±1.35, 2.04±0.57, 2.72±0.72, 2.07±0.42, respectively.There was a statistically significant positive correlation among internet/reality alienation, irrational beliefs and depression( r=0.56-0.64, P<0.01). Structural equation modeling showed that the mediating effect of irrational beliefs between internet alienation and depression was 0.05(95% CI=0.01-0.11). The mediating effect of irrational beliefs between reality alienation and depression was 0.16(95% CI=0.06-0.30). Conclusion:Internet/ reality alienation can indirectly effect depression of medical college students through the mediation of irrational beliefs.

Investigation on the status quo of social alienation in maintenance hemodialysis patients and its correlation with self disclosure and social support / 中国实用护理杂志

Objective:To investigate the status of social alienation in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, and analyze its correlation with self disclosure and social support.Methods::From May 2019 to March 2021, 156 MHD patients admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as the research objects by using convenient sampling method. A cross-sectional survey was conducted by using general information questionnaire, general alienation scale, pain disclosure index scale and social support scale.Results:A total of 176 questionnaires were issued, with an effective recovery rate of 88.64%(156/176). The social alienation score of 156 patients with MHD was (41.57±4.89) points, which was at the upper-middle level and negatively correlated with the total scores of the Distress Disclosure Index and the Perceived Social Support Scale ( r=-0.526, -0.284, all P<0.01). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, educational level, and per capita monthly household income were the main factors affecting social alienation ( β=0.199, -0.361, -0.290, all P<0.01). After controlling for the above factors, self disclosure and social support independently explained the variance of social alienation in MHD patients increased by 20.2% ( β=-0.440, -0.200, all P<0.01). Conclusions:MHD patients have a high sense of social alienation. Medical staff should pay attention to patients who are older, less educated, and have low family income. Self disclosure and social support are modifiable variables, so medical staff can reduce their social alienation and improve the quality of life by training patients on self disclosure and improving the level of social support.

Social alienation of survivors of nasopharyngeal cancer and its influencing factors / 中国实用护理杂志

Objective:To explore the status of social alienation among survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From October 2021 to January 2022, 200 survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma reviewed in the radiotherapy department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were investigated by General Data Questionnaire, General Alienation Scale (GAS), Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS) and Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS).Results:The total score of GAS in survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was (37.47 ± 2.88) points. The total scores of GAS were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of CFS and SPBS ( r values were 0.312-0.524, all P<0.01). Multivariable linear regression showed that the duration of diagnosis, whether or not having hearing loss, the number of symptoms, cancer fatigue and self-perceived burden were the main influencing factors of social alienation in survivors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma( t values were -3.99-4.86, all P<0.05), which could explain 49% of the total variation. Conclusions:Clinical medical staff should attach importance to social alienation of surviors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. More attention should be paid to patients with less than one year of diagnosis, a large number of symptoms and hearing loss, and targeted intervention should be conducted to reduce the degree of social alienation of patients and promote their integration into society.

A genealogia de Foucault consiste num método capaz de lançar luz sobre as práticas de poder na base dos discursos relacionados ao tema da alienação parental. O eufemismo pedagógico empregado para designar as sanções da lei tem como finalidade estratégica o convencimento a respeito de supostos benefícios da tutela sobre as famílias, ao mesmo tempo em que lhes são atribuídas alguma patologia disfuncional. Numa perspectiva crítica, a assimetria de gêneros corresponde às relações de poder presentes no problema da alienação parental. The psychologist's ethical recommendation to critically intervene on the demand goes against the task of diagnosing acts of Parental Alienation (AP) and, in a broad sense, with the judicialization of private relations. Foucault's genealogy consists of a method able to shed on the power practices on the basis of discourses related to the theme of Parental Alienation. The pedagogical euphemism used to designate the sanctions of the law has the strategic purpose of convincing about the supposed benefits of guardianship over families, while attributing some dysfunctional pathology to them. From a critical perspective, gender asymmetry corresponds to the power relations present in the Parental Alienation problem. Finally, the inversion of the Parental Alienation's identification criteria reveals the gap between the normative ideal and the reality of marital and family disruption, pointing to the importance of care and assistance practices instead of judicative and punitive ones.(AU)

La recomendación ética del psicólogo de intervenir críticamente sobre la demanda va en contra de la tarea de diagnosticar actos de Alienación Parental (AP) y, en un sentido amplio, con la judicialización de las relaciones privadas. La genealogía de Foucault consiste en un método capaz de arrojar luz sobre las prácticas del poder a partir de discursos relacionados con el tema de la Alienación Parental. El eufemismo pedagógico que se utiliza para designar las sanciones de la ley tiene el propósito estratégico de convencer sobre los supuestos beneficios de la tutela sobre las familias, atribuyéndoles alguna patología disfuncional. Falsa acusação de abuso sexual na alienação parental: luto ou melancolia? / False accusation of sexual abuse in parental alienation: mourning or melancholia? / Falsa acusación de abuso sexual en la alienación parental: ¿luto o melancolía?

Este artigo apresenta como principal objeto de estudo a falsa acusação de abuso sexual no contexto da alienação parental para, diante dela, estabelecer a seguinte problemática: será possível propor uma eventual correlação entre si e os processos psíquicos do luto e da melancolia? Neste sentido, a partir do recurso teórico ao referencial psicanalítico de Freud e de Laplanche, debate as circunstâncias que norteiam o discurso levado ao Judiciário pelo genitor alienante valorizando em tal movimento não apenas a realidade material da prova, tão importante no campo jurídico, mas também a realidade psíquica ditada pelo inconsciente, a qual se pauta em uma noção de verdade que, na sua vinculação direta com a particularidade de cada sujeito e com o dinamismo das relações específicas que ele estabelece consigo mesmo e com os outros, coloca em xeque as certezas positivistas da norma. Em termos conclusivos, destaca o quanto, a despeito da atual literatura existente sobre alienação parental no Brasil a correlacionar, em regra, a um luto mal elaborado por parte do alienante, é possível e mesmo desejável cogitar também a presença da melancolia - ou, mais especificamente, de traços melancólicos intermediários - na formação e desenvolvimento desse fenômeno.(AU)

This article presents as the main object of study the false accusation of sexual abuse in the context of parental alienation, to establish the following problem: would it be possible to propose a probable correlation between parental alienation and the psychic processes of mourning and melancholia? In this sense, based on the psychoanalytic theoretical framework of Freud and Laplanche, the article discusses the circumstances that guide the discourse taken to the judiciary branch by the alienating parent, valuing in such action not only the material reality of the evidence, which is very important in the legal field, but also the psychic reality dictated by the unconscious, which is guided by a notion of truth that, in its direct connection with the particularity of each subject and with the dynamism of the specific relations that they establish with themselves and others, threatens the positivist certainties of the norm. In conclusive terms, it highlights how, despite the current existing literature on parental alienation in Brazil generally correlates it to a poorly elaborated mourning by the alienating person, it is possible and even desirable to also consider the presence of melancholia-or, more specifically, of intermediate melancholic traits-in the formation and development of this phenomenon.(AU)

Este artículo presenta como principal objeto de estudio la falsa acusación de abuso sexual en el contexto de alienación parental, con el fin de responder al siguiente planteamiento: ¿Es posible proponer una posible correlación entre la alienación parental y los procesos psíquicos de duelo y melancolía? Para ello, desde el marco psicoanalítico de Freud y de Laplanche, se discuten las circunstancias del discurso llevado al Poder Judicial por el padre alienante, que valora en tal movimiento no solo la realidad material de la prueba, tan importante en el campo jurídico, sino también la realidad psíquica dictada por el inconsciente, el cual se guía por una noción de verdad que, en su conexión directa con la particularidad de cada sujeto y con el dinamismo de las relaciones específicas que establece consigo mismo y con otros, pone en jaque las certezas positivistas de la norma. En la conclusión, destaca cómo, a pesar de la literatura actual existente sobre la alienación parental en Brasil, en general, la correlaciona con un duelo mal diseñado por parte de la persona alienante, es posible e incluso deseable considerar la presencia de la melancolía -más específicamente, de rasgos melancólicos intermediarios- en la formación y desarrollo de este fenómeno.(AU)

COVID-19 e isolamento social: as implicações na saúde mental de estudantes de enfermagem / COVID-19 and social isolation: implications for undergraduate nursing students' mental health / COVID-19 y aislamiento social: implicaciones para la salud mental de estudiantes de enfermería

Objetivo: avaliar as repercussões da COVID-19 e do isolamento social durante a pandemia na saúde mental de estudantes de graduação em enfermagem. Métodos:estudo descritivo transversal, realizado no Ceará, Brasil, com 347 estudantes. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionário para obtenção de dados sociodemográficas e informações sobre aspectos relacionados à pandemia, além do Inventário de Saúde Mental-38 (MHI-38). Resultados: percentual de 51,9% dos estudantes continuaram a graduação por meio de atividades de ensino remoto e avaliações on-line e 62,3% acessavam a internet essencialmente pelo celular. Para 76,9% dos estudantes, a maior preocupação era com a morte de um membro da família/amigo. Quanto à saúde mental dos estudantes, os escores na dimensão de Bem-estar Psicológico do MHI-38 foram em média 47,9 (± 16,8) e na dimensão de Sofrimento Psicológico a média foi 52,8 (± 18,5). A média de pontuação global no MHI-38 foi 51,0 (± 16,9), com diferenças entre os sexos (p = 0,039). Conclusão: os estudantes tiveram a saúde mental afetada pela pandemia de COVID-19 e o isolamento social, com maior impacto para as mulheres. Assim, instituições de ensino precisam desenvolver estratégias para monitorar e promover a saúde mental desta população no retorno às aulas no período pós-pandemia.

Objective:to assess the repercussions of COVID-19 and social isolation during the pandemic on undergraduate nursing students' mental health. Methods:a descriptive cross-sectional study, carried out in Ceará, Brazil, with 347 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire to obtain sociodemographic data and information on aspects related to the pandemic, in addition to the Mental Health Inventory-38 (MHI-38). Results:the amount of 51.9% of students continued studying through remote learning activities and online assessments, and 62.3% accessed the internet essentially via cell phones. For 76.9% of students, the greatest concern was the death of a family member/friend. As for students' mental health, the MHI-38 scores in the Psychological Well-Being dimension were on average 47.9 (± 16.8), and in the Psychological Distress dimension, 52.8 (± 18.5). The mean MHI-38's overall score was 51.0 (± 16.9), with differences between sexes (p = 0.039). Conclusion: students had their mental health affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and social isolation, with a greater impact on women. Thus, educational institutions need to develop strategies to monitor and promote this population's mental health when returning to school in the post-pandemic period.

Objetivo: evaluar las repercusiones del COVID-19 y el aislamiento social durante la pandemia en la salud mental de estudiantes de pregrado en enfermería. Métodos: estudio transversal descriptivo, realizado en Ceará, Brasil, con 347 estudiantes. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de un cuestionario para obtener datos sociodemográficos e información sobre aspectos relacionados con la pandemia, además del Inventario de Salud Mental-38 (MHI-38). Resultados: el 51,9% de los estudiantes continuó su graduación a través de actividades de aprendizaje a distancia y evaluaciones en línea y el 62,3% accedió a internet esencialmente a través de sus teléfonos celulares. Para el 76,9% de los estudiantes, la mayor preocupación fue la muerte de un familiar/amigo. En cuanto a la salud mental de los estudiantes, los puntajes en la dimensión del Bienestar Psicológico del MHI-38 fueron en promedio 47,9 (± 16,8) y en la dimensión del Sufrimiento Psicológico el promedio fue 52,8 (± 18,5). La puntuación global media en el MHI 38 fue de 51,0 (± 16,9), con diferencias entre sexos (p = 0,039). Conclusión: los estudiantes tuvieron su salud mental afectada por la pandemia de COVID-19 y el aislamiento social, con mayor impacto en las mujeres. Por lo tanto, las instituciones educativas necesitan desarrollar estrategias para monitorear y promover la salud mental de esta población al regresar a la escuela en el período posterior a la pandemia.

Medicine is essentially an anthropology, and the patient role is characterized by integrity and subjectivity. With the progress of science and technology and social development, the contemporary patient role has become alienated. The specific manifestations of patient role alienation were analyzed from four aspects, including the objectification of the patient role and the blurring of the patient boundaries in sociology, the objectification of the patient role and the indexing of patients’ pain in technology, the challenge of patient life and health rights and the alienation of informed consent rights in law, and the instrumentalization of patient role and the fragility of patient subjectivity in economics. This paper proposed that the coordination of technology and humanities, the return to the nature of patients, and the concern for the needs of patients are essential in the development of modern medicine.

Analysis of the application risks and legal strategies of intelligent medical algorithms / 中华医院管理杂志

Artificial intelligence algorithms play an important role in the medical field with their unique technological advantages and operational logic. However, due to the " black box" nature and security flaws of artificial intelligence algorithms, there were problems in the application of intelligent medical algorithms, such as the alienation of medical personnel′s subject status, the alienation of right to informed consent for diagnosis and treatment, the alienation of health fairness, and the alienation of health information security. At the same time, there were some practical difficulties in the process of regulating risks, such as the difficulty in determining the responsibility of the legal person, the incompleteness of the causal chain, the lag of the scene regulation of laws and regulations, and the increasing difficulty in protecting health information. In order to prevent the alienation of power in medical intelligent algorithms and promote the healthy development of intelligent medicine, the author suggested to adhere to the embedding of tool attributes in the underlying logic of medical algorithms, enhance the interpretability of medical algorithms, improve relevant laws and regulations, and strengthen the risk supervision mechanism of intelligent medical algorithms.

Aspectos psicológicos e jurídicos envolvidos na alienação parental: uma revisão sistemática / Psychological and legal aspects involved in parental alienation: a systematic review

A Alienação Parental (AP) trata-se de uma conduta de um dos genitores para difamar o outro perante os filhos, podendo levá-los ao distanciamento do genitor alienado. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os aspectos psicojurídicos envolvidos no processo de AP, a partir de estudos brasileiros publicados entre 2015 e 2020. Foi feita uma revisão sistemática da literatura, por meio de método descritivo e qualitativo, através da qual foi possível destacar duas categorias de análise: 1. Caracterização da Alienação Parental e 2. Intervenções Psicojurídicas em casos de Alienação Parental. Tais categorias foram destrinchadas entre aspectos psicológicos e jurídicos e nessas mesmas abordagens, respectivamente. Observou-se uma tendência do ponto de vista psicológico de patologização da Alienação Parental e, do ponto de vista jurídico, percebeu-se que, apesar da existência da lei, ela não é suficiente para lidar com os aspectos psicológicos dos envolvidos, buscando-se assim, técnicas alternativas para a resolução dos conflitos, tais quais a mediação e a conciliação.

Parental Alienation (PA) is a type of conduct by one of the genitors to defame the other before their children, potentially making them distance themselves from the alienated parent. The purpose of this study is to analyze the psycho-legal aspects throughout in the PA process, based on Brazilian studies published between 2015 and 2020. We used the systematic review through the description and qualitative method which it was created two categories of analysis: 1. Characterization of Parental Alienation and 2. Psycho-legal interventions in cases of Parental Alienation. Such categories were separated between psychological and legal aspects; and in these same approaches, respectively. Across the selected studies, a tendency was found in regards to pathologization of parental alienation and besides of the existence of the Law, it was found that that the legal terms of Parental Alienation is not sufficient to solve the psychological problems of those involved, which are applied to seek solving conflicts, such as mediation and conciliation.

The experience of work alienation among nurses with master′s degrees working in first-class hospitals: a qualitative study / 中国实用护理杂志

Objective:To understand the real experience of work alienation among nurses with master′s degrees working in first-class hospitals.Methods:A descriptive qualitative research method of qualitative research was employed to conduct in-depth interviews with 15 nurses with master′s degrees from five tertiary first-class hospitals in Tianjin from January 2022 to March 2022. Nvivo 12 software was used to manage the interview data. The metic analysis method was used to refine the themes and subthemes.Results:Three themes were: work alienation performance of nurses with master′s degree (negative emotional experience, passive behavioural performance), reasons for work alienation of nurses with master′s degree (low self-worth, estranged coworker relationships and ambiguous work plan), needs of professional development coping with work alienation (needs of scientific research work, needs of scientific promotion system and salary performance, needs of organizational recognition and training and learning).Conclusions:Nurses with master′s degrees experience work alienation. Managers are advised to focus on improve these nurses′ alienation performance, explore the reasons and meet their personal needs with nursing job degrees, which then may in turn improve their sense of self-worth, and assist in developing positive attitude towards nursing work and reducing work alienation.

Occupational alienation and the mental health of university students / Alienação ocupacional e a saúde mental de estudantes universitários

Abstract Mental health, especially in the youth, has been a prevailing concern in recent years. University students are a particularly high-risk population for mental health problems. Changing perspectives in the field of mental health present the opportunity to explore this concept through an occupational justice lens - specifically that of occupational alienation. Through a brief review of relevant literature, this critical essay will explore the relationship among the concepts of alienation from both a sociology and occupational science perspective, and consider the insights that may be obtained through application of this concept to understanding the mental health of university students. The use of an occupational justice lens provides an opportunity for an alternative perspective when considering factors potentially contributing to the mental health problems in this population.

Resumo A saúde mental, especialmente na juventude, tem sido uma preocupação predominante nos últimos anos. Os estudantes universitários são uma população particularmente de alto risco para problemas de saúde mental. A mudança de perspectivas no campo da saúde mental apresenta a oportunidade de explorar esse conceito através de uma lente da justiça ocupacional - especificamente a da alienação ocupacional. Tendo por base uma breve revisão da literatura, este ensaio crítico explora a relação entre os conceitos de alienação tanto na perspectiva da sociologia quanto da ciência ocupacional, e considera as contribuições que podem ser obtidas por meio da aplicação desse conceito para entender a saúde mental de estudantes universitários. O uso de uma lente de justiça ocupacional oferece uma oportunidade para uma perspectiva alternativa ao considerar fatores potencialmente contribuintes para os problemas de saúde mental nesta população.

Instrumentos de identificação da alienação parental no contexto jurídico: uma revisão sistemática da literatura / Instruments of identification of parental alienation in the legal context: a systematic literature review

Neste artigo, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura para levantamento de estudos sobre instrumentos que auxiliam na identificação da Alienação Parental e na prática de profissionais que atuam em perícias psicológicas no sistema jurídico brasileiro. Portanto, foi feita uma busca, sem delimitação por ano, em sete bases de dados eletrônicas, na qual, após as etapas de exclusão, 14 artigos compuseram esta revisão. Os dados foram agrupados a partir da indexação nas seguintes categorias: ano de publicação, publicação por países, por autores e por periódicos, metodologia dos artigos, nome dos instrumentos, público-alvo e objetivos. Ademais, analisou-se a possibilidade de utilização dos instrumentos no contexto legal e o emprego de ferramentas adicionais em cada pesquisa. Dentre alguns resultados, foi constatado que ainda há poucos estudos a respeito da temática, a qual ainda é recente, e que mais pesquisas necessitam ser desenvolvidas, especialmente as de validação desses instrumentos para o contexto brasileiro.

In this article a systematic literature review was conducted to find studies that assist in the identification of Parental Alienation and in the practice of professionals who act in expertise psychological evaluation in the Brazilian legal system. A search was performed without delimitation per year in seven electronic databases, where, after the exclusion stages, 14 articles composed this review. Data were grouped from indexing in the following categories: year of publication, publication by countries, by authors and by periodicals, articles methodology, name of the instruments, target audience and goals. We analyzed the possibility of using the instruments in the legal context and the use of additional tools in each research. Studies about the subject are recent, and more research must be developed, especially those of validation of these instruments for the Brazilian context.

Resumen: Antecedentes: Son diversos las/os investigadoras/es que se han interesado por el fenómeno de la alienación parental. No obstante, esta compleja dinámica relacional no ha estado exenta de controversias. Objetivo: Realizar una revisión sistemática de las perspectivas y tendencias actuales del concepto de alienación parental, sus características y efectos en la población que experimentan estas circunstancias. Método: Se utilizó la metodología PRISMA-P para llevar a cabo una búsqueda bibliográfica exhaustiva de artículos publicados entre el año 2016 y junio de 2020 en revistas indexadas Scopus y/o WOS. Se contemplaron 95 estudios, de los cuales 11 fueron considerados para la revisión, de acuerdo con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión preestablecidos. Se identificó un amplio campo investigativo en el cual se circunscribe la alienación parental, como dinámica relacional. Resultados: Los 11 estudios seleccionados establecían relaciones entre la experiencia de alienación parental e indicadores de salud mental, tanto en niños, niñas, adolescentes, como adultos que experimentan o experimentaron estas dinámicas. Así también, se relacionó con maltrato psicológico. Conclusiones: La alienación parental es un fenómeno con una importante prevalencia en la población y se ha vinculado con un deterioro en la salud mental de las personas que la experimentan o la han experimentado.

Abstract: Background: Several researchers have been interested in the phenomenon of parental alienation. However, this complex relational dynamic has not been without controversy. Objective: To conduct a systematic review of current perspectives and trends on the concept of parental alienation, its characteristics and effects on the population experiencing these circumstances. Method: PRISMA-P methodology was used to conduct an exhaustive literature search of articles published between 2016 and June 2020 in Scopus and/or WOS indexed journals. Ninety-five studies were contemplated, of which 11 were considered for the review, according to the pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria. A broad field of research was identified in which parental alienation is circumscribed as a relational dynamic. Results: The 11 selected studies established relationships between the experience of parental alienation and mental health indicators, both in children, adolescents and adults who experience or have experienced these dynamics. Thus, it was also related to psychological maltreatment. Conclusions: Parental alienation is a phenomenon with a significant prevalence in the population and has been linked to a deterioration in the mental health of people who experience or have experienced it.

La demanda materna de cuidado infantil: un estudio psicoanalítico de caso / Maternal demand for child care: a psychoanalytic study of case / A demanda materna por atendimento infantil: um estudo psicanalítico de caso

RESUMO: Este trabalho consiste em um estudo de caso que enfoca as motivações subjetivas implicadas na demanda de uma mãe por atendimento clínico de seu filho no Serviço de Psicologia Aplicada da Faculdade Católica Rainha do Sertão. A pesquisa foi construída a partir do método clínico psicanalítico, que permitiu o levantamento de certas nuanças psíquicas inacessíveis de outra forma. O material colhido nos atendimentos foi igualmente analisado a partir do arcabouço conceitual da Psicanálise. No decorrer dos atendimentos realizados, pôde-se apontar e deslindar determinadas formações fantasísticas singulares implicadas na demanda por atendimento para o filho.

Abstract: This paper is about a case study that investigates the subjective motivations involved in a mother's demand for medical care for her child in the Department of Applied Psychology (DAP), at Rainha do Sertão Catholic Faculty. The research was constructed from the psychoanalytic clinical method that allowed the survey of certain psychological nuances, inaccessible in another way. The material, collected during the sessions, was also analyzed from the conceptual framework of Psychoanalysis. Throughout the medical services that were provided, we could point out and analyze certain fantasistic unique formations involved in the demand for child medical care.

Resumen: Este trabajo es un estudio de caso que investiga las motivaciones subjetivas involucradas en la demanda de una madre para el cuidado clínico de su hijo por el Servicio de Psicología Aplicada de la Universidad Católico Reina del Sertão. La investigación fue construida a partir del método clínico psicoanalítico, lo que permitió la supresión de algunos matices psíquicos inaccesibles de otro modo. El material recogido en la atención también se analizó desde el marco conceptual del psicoanálisis. Durante las consultas realizadas, podemos señalar y analizar ciertas formaciones fantasmáticas naturales involucradas en la demanda de atención para el niño.

La anorexia y las operaciones de causación subjetiva: alienación-separación / Anorexia and the operations of subjective causation: alienation-separation

En el presente trabajo abordamos las operaciones de causación subjetiva conocidas como alienación-separación en un movimiento dialéctico con la categoría de anorexia mental desarrollada en la enseñanza lacaniana. Diversos teóricos posteriores a Lacan realizaron articulaciones sobre este entrecruzamiento, generando producciones varias que consideramos menester interrogar. Comenzamos repasando el estado de la cuestión sobre el tema para poder retornar, desde allí, a lo dicho por Lacan, tanto en El Seminario 11 como en los Seminarios 14 y 15.La diferenciación entre la anorexia fenoménica y la sintomática serán el eje conductor en la secuencia argumentativa. In the present work we approach the operations of subjective causation known as alienation-separation in a dialectical movement with the category of mental anorexia developed in the Lacanian teaching. Several theorists after Lacan made articulations about this intercrossing, generating several productions that we consider necessary to interrogate. We begin by reviewing the state of the matter on the subject so that we can return, from there, to what Lacan said, both in the XI seminar and in the XIV and XV seminars. The differentiation between phenomenal and symptomatic anorexia will be the driving axis in the argumentative sequence. After this work we present the results and the question generated for further investigations

Direito de família e psicanálise: uma abordagem da alienação parental a partir das fórmulas quânticas da sexuação / Family law and psychoanalysis: an approach to parental alienation based on the quantic formulas of sexuation / Droit de la famille et psychanalyse : une approche de l'aliénation parentale à partir des formules quantiques de sexuation / Derecho de familia y psicoanálisis: un abordaje de la alienación parental desde las fórmulas cuánticas de la sexuación

O objetivo do presente trabalho é demonstrar a contribuição da psicanálise, em especial a partir das fórmulas quânticas da sexuação, para o debate dos problemas de gênero articulado ao tema da alienação parental e, de modo geral, para os impasses provocados pela judicialização das relações familiares. Para tanto, é feita a revisão bibliográfica de autores que demonstram as articulações e as diferenças entre o método e o discurso da psicanálise, de um lado e de outro, o direito de família. Conclui-se que a psicanálise lança luz sobre a tendência do direito, regido pelo universal do gozo fálico, em repudiar a alteridade e a singularidade inscrito no campo do gozo Outro ou gozo feminino.

Based on the quantic formulas of sexuation, this article describes the contribution of psychoanalysis to the debate of gender issues related to the subject of parental alienation and, in general, to the impasses caused by the judicialization of family relationships. To this end, we perform a literature review of authors who show the relations and differences between the method and the discourse of psychoanalysis on the one hand and, on the other hand, family law. We conclude that psychoanalysis clarifies the tendency of law, governed by the universal of phallic jouissance, to repudiate alterity and singularity inscribed in the field of Other jouissance or feminine jouissance.

L'objectif de ce travail est de montrer l'apport de la psychanalyse, notamment à partir des formules quantiques de la sexuation, au débat des problèmes de genre associé au thème de l'aliénation parentale et, en général, aux impasses provoquées par la judiciarisation des relations familiales. On propose une révision bibliographique des auteurs montrant les articulations et les différences entre la méthode et le discours de la psychanalyse d'un côté et, de l'autre, le droit de la famille. Pour conclure, on affirme que la psychanalyse éclaire la tendance du droit, régi par l'universel de la jouissance phallique, à rejeter l'altérité et la singularité inscrites dans le champ de la jouissance de l'Autre, soit la jouissance féminine.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es demostrar la contribución del psicoanálisis, especialmente desde las fórmulas cuánticas de la sexuación, al debate de los problemas de género articulados al tema de la alienación parental y, en general, a los sinsabores causados por la judicialización de las relaciones familiares. Para ello, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de autores que, por un lado, exponen las articulaciones y las diferencias entre el método y el discurso del psicoanálisis, y, por otro lado, el derecho de familia. Se concluye que el psicoanálisis arroja luz sobre la tendencia del derecho, gobernada por lo universal del goce fálico, al repudiar la alteridad y la singularidad inscritas en el campo del goce del Otro o del goce femenino.

In Lacan, specularity comprises an anticipated image, offered by the Other, through which the baby recognizes itself. However, this alienating scene suggests an obstacle, represented in fairy tales by the queen and snow white: what mirror could a mother offer, considering only her own beauty, unable to recognize her daughter's own beauty? In Winnicott, an illusion occurs in mirroring: when a mother sees her baby, she supposes to recognize something there proper to the baby (not to her).
